Secular Judaism

The Judaísmo Laico project aspires to show and disseminate a non-religious form of Judaism, legitimate and established, humanist, inclusive, progressive and open. We consider Judaism as the historical culture of the Jewish people and not only their religion, including its fundamental sources, literature, folklore, customs, traditions, history, gastronomy, art, etc. Through the project, we seek to create and establish secular -humanist communities in different parts of the Spanish-speaking world, so that they can develop and celebrate the Jewish life cycle (ceremonies and holidays), Shabbat, as well as study and deepen the sources, literature and history of our people in a scientific and historical way. Judaismo Laico welcomes all those who feel an identification with the pluralistic, humanistic and inclusive culture of our people and want to join an exciting and challenging project.
