Wings - self-management & community integration

The Wings Program is a two-year transitional program that bridges between the parents' home and independent living. The framework combines group living, life-skills enhancement (every-day living, financials, leisure and health management, etc.), as well as Israeli National Service, vocational training, and more. . The program operates in several paths: - High school graduates, ages 18-23, with physical/sensory disabilities - Young adults, ages 21 and above, with physical/sensory disabilities - Young adults, ages 18-30, who are hearing impaired/deaf. - High functioning young adults with autism, ages 18-25 - Arabic-speaking high school graduates and adults with physical/ sensory disabilities. The program currently serves about 90 participants per year and over 170 graduates.
