Our vision is a world of equal opportunities regardless of gender, where women are resilient enough to pursue and fulfill their aspirations. The mission of Shavot is to strengthen young girls’ sense of self-worth, and to provide the tools that will enable them to fulfill their aspirations. through nationwide programs, we encourage girls to develop positive self-esteem and to believe in themselves. We equip girls with practical tools that will strengthen their abilities and skills, mentor them through the process, and introduce them to inspirational women. By that, we remove a main factor which prevents girls from pursuing their dreams at later stages.
