First-aid Intervention Treatment for Israeli security and rescue forces- October 7th Massacre
The Hamas massacre of 7 October was the deadliest most horrific barbarism day for Jews since the Holocaust, a day that Israeli officials have compared to 9/11.
On that morning, some 2,500 Hamas terrorists burst through the border with Gaza and attacked IDF bases and ravaged more than 20 Israeli communities. More than 1,300 people were killed and 248 others taken hostage.
300,000 reservists were called up to fight.
Our foundation decided to undertake a groundbreaking project to provide a unique integrated First Aid Intervention Treatment to the security and rescue forces who experienced trauma.
The therapeutic protocol combines advanced proven techniques for trauma, including EMDR (scientifically proven to be effective for the treatment of post-trauma), and other release techniques.
The treatment protocol was developed by Dr. Roni Simmons
a senior clinical psychologist, an expert in post-trauma treatment with over 30 years of experience in the Prime Minister's Office and the security forces.
12 people take part every day
Project goals: To reach 1,000 people (83 daily groups) in the coming months
We need to raise NIS 1,100,000 for the project
We would greatly appreciate your participation in financing multiple daily groups, as it will help us reach our goal of helping 1,000 individuals across 83 groups.
