Mercaz Yeshivot Bnei Akiva is the premier religious Zionist educational network in Israel. Established in 1940 by Rav Moshe Zvi Neriah zt”l, the network has grown dramatically and currently comprises 75 institutions throughout the country with over 24,000 students and nearly 100,000 graduates. YBA boasts Yeshivot Hesder, Yeshiva High Schools for boys, Ulpana High Schools for girls, a unique Mechina Pre-military Yeshiva, and a major educational center. Graduates emerge as adults steeped in Jewish learning while totally involved on all levels in modern Israeli society. YBA graduates include Israel Prize winners, Supreme Court Justices, government ministers, IDF Generals, leading Rabbis, university professors, scientists, businessmen and much more. Mercaz YBA and its graduates have deeply impacted the nature of the Jewish State for the past 60 years, and are poised to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
