Amutat Yoav for the Advancement of Education, Culture, Sports and Tourism, a nonprofit organization in Israel that operates in the Yoav Region, a peripheral area in South-Eastern Israel. The organization offers educational, social and cultural activities for the benefit of residents residing in the communities of Yoav Regional Council through formal and informal programs. The council comprises a population of 9,500 residents in 8 kibbutzim, 4 moshavim, an Arab village, a youth village and community settlements. Our activities serve to improve, reinforce and cultivate the residents in the region. Among its programs, it offers enrichment programs for children, youth, adults and the elderly. For instance, it operates regional and community youth centers, provides educational and social activities as well as guidance on various youth related issues. It also offers various afterschool programs in schools and in local youth centers. In addition, it also provides activities to develop and promote local tourism in the area.
