Chaim BePlus

Financial Education for youth is the key for preventing debt and poverty in Israel. Chaim BePlus trains financial mentors who give fun and engaging workshops to participants aged 17-22, focusing on youth at risk, the social-economic periphery and weak populations. The mentors are role models who are leading the revolution towards life without overdraft and debt. In the workshops, we teach practical skills such as: creating a personal budget, reading your bank statement, opening a savings plan, exercising your rights, consumerism and choosing a future profession. Chaim BePlus non-profit organization was founded in 2006, and since then we have taught 21,000 young people by 300 mentors in 50 locations around Israel.
