Civilians and soldiers were murdered, tortured, mutilated, and driven into Hamas captivity in Gaza. Hundreds of thousands of veterans were called to reserve duty in the South and North to protect our country, among them graduates of the Egoz unit. We in the Egoz Foundation have been working around the clock since the war erupted, supporting all unit veterans in regular and reserve service while meeting the needs of the Egoz guys. The Jewish people in Israel and the Diaspora have shown tremendous resilience and determination to strengthen Israel.. The association is registered in the register of associations and meets the criteria for a proper administrator, operates under the supervision of an audit committee and by an accountant and a lawyer, and is recognized for tax purposes according to section 46. The members of the association work voluntarily according to their skills and in their private time. The goals of the association are accompanying the regular unit and its veterans, taking care of those released from the unit, commemorating the fallen heroes of the unit, and maintaining contact between the graduates of the unit and the unit.
