HaOgen for Reservist Families 💙⚓

HaOgen for Reservist Families serves as a home for Israel's reservist families. Founded on October 7, 2023, by Rachel Azaria, HaOgen was established to provide holistic support to the families carrying the burden of reserve service, helping them navigate this challenging reality while preserving as much normalcy as possible. We provide comprehensive, personalized support that responds to the evolving needs of each family, from practical assistance and emotional support to community and resilience building. We have built an extraordinary network of volunteers and dedicated community coordinators who are in daily contact with our reservist families, ensuring they receive the support they need. Beyond our day-to-day work with families, we mobilize Israeli society to take part in our mission. Through strategic partnerships with the IDF, municipalities, the business sector, and other organizations, we have expanded our support network to provide meaningful solutions to the long-term challenges facing reservist families. We are driven by a deep belief in the strength of families and communities, and by a profound sense of commitment and purpose to stand alongside these families for as long as reserve service demands it. According to military assessments, Israel's current security reality is expected to continue for several years. As reserve service continues, so does our commitment. No family should have to carry this burden alone.
