Luiza Catering, located just outside of Jerusalem, Kaima Farms, and other local suppliers are teaming up to provide over 1,000 gourmet, hot meals each day for soldiers, the bereaved, displaced families, and civil service organizations, such as Magen David Adom, Achim L'Neshek, One Heart, and many others. Statement from Amutat Kaima: This effort was organized in record time and reflects Israel’s instinctive innovation and communal resilience. We are proud to partner with Luiza to make sure our farm’s veggies nourish those most impacted during these dark days. Statement from Luiza: Luiza is a key player in Israel’s community-centric, high-quality, and sustainable food network. Our suppliers, employees, customers, and neighboring businesses are integral parts of Israel’s unique culinary landscape. Small Israeli businesses, stretching across the country, are our allies, enabling us to craft wholesome, healthful, and delectable food with passion. As much as we are committed to the war effort, we are also committed to them. Each meal is ₪50 ($12.50). This will cover our food, packaging, and delivery costs. Please contribute to this effort today! In doing so, you stand with us by supporting Luiza and its suppliers, workers, and the community, all of whom are impacted by the current situation.
