One Heart (Lev Echad) The Headquarters for Hostage Relative Support One Heart, a registered Israeli NGO, was established in 2005 with the goal of providing support to families facing the unimaginable. We step into the chaos of emergencies to offer a helping hand and a comforting embrace. From the streets of Israel to the far reaches of the world, we have rallied a force of over 50,000 volunteers, ready to serve in the face of a crisis.
