Derech Prat is concerned with the development of leadership theory, language, and a system of values and resilience aimed at the greatest common denominator that unites the entire Jewish-Israeli Zionist public. Activity: Derech Prat is focused on the development of leadership programs that appeal to a wide range of ages and sectors in Israeli society and Jewish communities around the world, from youth movements to programs for government and defense officials, high-tech and public companies. At the core of Derech Prat's activities are the pre-military leadership programs, located in the Gaza Envelope, in which adolescents from all sectors of Israeli society participate. By living, studying, and volunteering in the region, the young men and women of Derech Prat form a direct bond with residents, helping build social resilience, pride, and hope in areas where they are needed most. Our Vision: Constant renewal and improvement at the intellectual, cultural, and behavioral levels in all strata of society and leadership of the State of Israel and the Jewish people, in order to create a life of quality and purpose, an exemplary society, and a reformed country. The driving idea behind Derech Prat is the responsibility for the future of the State of Israel, its social resilience, its values, and the image of its leaders from a multi-generational perspective. One Heart - the Civil Aid Force: As part of Derech Prat activities, One Heart (Lev Echad) was established in 2005. One Heart is a civilian response organization that mobilizes hundreds of thousands of volunteers in times of emergency and crisis, in Israel and worldwide. Since its establishment, One Heart’s volunteers have participated in numerous missions, both domestically and internationally, including earthquake relief in Turkey and Morocco, the war in Ukraine, the Covid-19 pandemic, the Gaza disengagement, and other operations in Israel.
