For the future of male & female IDF soldiers

By Shimro Nafsham- Help soldiers

Every donation can save a soldier's mental health

Donors: 68

According to estimates by the Israeli Ministry of Defense, by the year 2025 there will be close to 25,000 recognized post-traumatic soldiers (compared to 5,500 who were recognized until October 7). The "Shimru Nafsham" association works to prevent and reduce the impact of trauma on discharged IDF soldiers and to prevent the development of PTSD symptoms through a series of combat experience processing sessions with professional guidance by Amit Paikovsky, a psychologist and former IDF warrior who commands the northern unit for treating combat reactions in the IDF. Every donation may help us host more and more fighters for a significant process of healing and empowerment - we need your help!
