Shimro Nafsham- Help soldiers

Our association supports, helps, and rescues soldiers that suffer from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) after their duty in the IDF. These soldiers gave their bodies and souls to defend our country. Now it is our duty to support them. HELPTSD is a non-profit association that lives by donations and our own money hiring psychologies, occupational therapists, and social workers. Our unique method is to support them by their original teams and not as individuals. only the team that was exposed to the same traumatic stress can understand the needs of the individuals in the team. We need you to support us. together we will save lives. The association does not finance the purchase of military equipment in any way.
