The Spirit of Israel' International Festival of Healing & Connection

My name is Eilon, and I survived the massacre at my home of Kibbutz Kfar Aza on October 7th.  After witnessing the destruction, I wanted to create something to build hope in these dark times.  With my friend Shira, we decided to create a festival of healing through art, music, and ideas.  Shira is a close friend to me and my family in Kfar Aza. She left her job as the Director of Growth in Australia to come to Israel to help create this festival. During this challenging time, we believe we must support the people of Israel in many ways, including the important value of uplifting our spirits. Cultural events unite us by celebrating the best parts of our humanity. On December 26th, the first day of Chanukah, we bring together people in the Spirit of Israel Festival at the Dead Sea. We have a lineup of Israeli and international musical talent, DJs, visual artists, speakers, and workshop facilitators. We are supporting our community by providing a large number of free tickets for lone soldiers, healing centers, and survivors of the October 7th attack. You can help make this event a reality. We began this self-started initiative in February and laid solid groundwork by forming key partnerships. We have an awe-inspiring venue, a lineup filling up fast with amazing talent, and additional staff ready to go! This event will reach people before, during and after the event by having shareable content that shares the stories of Israelis. We have a podcast series, a network of social media influencers and strong partnerships with the Israel Ministry of Tourism, leading advertising and PR firms and Jewish international agencies to reach as many people as possible around the world.
