On June 13, 2025, Israel launched Operation Rising Lion - a large-scale preemptive attack against Iran, aimed at thwarting the Iranian regime's nuclear program, which poses a clear existential threat to the State of Israel. In response, Iran fired hundreds of missiles toward Israel, causing widespread destruction: entire buildings collapsed, families, children and elderly were evacuated from their homes, and many were harmed, both physically and emotionally. This is not just another security operation - this is a war for survival. We are fighting not only for our immediate security, but for the future of the State of Israel - and for the right of future generations to live in peace and security in this land. In this complex reality, the Lev Echad (One Heart) organization stands at the forefront of civilian action. Lev Echad mobilizes tens of thousands of volunteers across the country, dedicated to strengthening the resilience of Israel’s home front — wherever immediate assistance is needed. Now more than ever, Lev Echad plays an essential role as official emergency responders are stretched across numerous crisis zones nationwide. Our volunteers work alongside emergency personnel and remain on-site to provide ongoing assistance to those affected, and provide hands-on support for a wide range of urgent needs: - Assisting families whose homes were damaged and evacuated to emergency shelters - Providing essential equipment and medications. - Supporting children and wives of reserve soldiers. To sustain this vital work, we ask for your support in funding essential equipment and services: Support for Evacuated Families ($500,000): Providing essential supplies and assistance to families and children whose homes were hit in the Iranian missile attacks and were forced to evacuate. Infrastructure and Logistics ($250,000): Supporting the deployment of thousands of volunteers nationwide through dedicated transportation and essential staffing. Protective Gear ($150,000): Equipping our volunteers with vests and helmets to ensure their personal safety while operating in the field. Evacuees Equipment ($110,000): Providing essential equipment and supplies for hotels hosting evacuees. Children’s Activities ($100,000): Organizing educational and social activities for children in bomb shelters and evacuation centers.
