Breathing Space: PHOTO IS:RAEL's Emergency Plan

In just one day since we opened registration, hundred people have already asked to join “Breathing Space”, a program by PHOTO IS:RAEL. This overwhelming demand shows how much we all need a moment to pause, to talk, to breathe, and to strengthen our personal resilience. “Breathing Space” is a group PHOTO VOICE program on Zoom, consisting of three sessions that combine photography, writing, and conversation. It is led by specially trained professional facilitators and offers participants a space to process what they are going through during these challenging times. In order to accommodate everyone who has registered — we need your help. With your donation, you enable us to open more groups and provide a safe space for more people who are experiencing the war and the ongoing uncertainty, day after day. At the end of the process, some works will be exhibited in a special show at the International Photography Festival in Tel Aviv. Join us. We’re opening more groups. We’re opening a Breathing Space.
