The Nir-Am Leadership Academy shares a mission deeply rooted in the legacy of the kibbutz, dating back 80 years.
In the 1940s, it was in Nir-Am where the water source was discovered, making possible the establishment of the 11 pioneering settlements in the Negev.
Today, we aspire to be a source of hope and vision for the Western Negev and the Gaza Envelope.
Our young leaders live at the heart of the mission and the challenge of building life in this region.
