At the Hadar Pre-Military Academy, named after Hadar Goldin z”l — a branch of Ein Prat Academy — we shape identity and leadership through a deep connection to the Land of Israel, the Jewish people, and the spirit of Zionism. Kibbutz Sufa, located near the Gaza border, provides a living, courageous, and meaningful space to cultivate a committed Zionist spirit. The academy year is dedicated to intensive educational and values-based work. Participants engage in studies of Zionism, the Bible, philosophy, Jewish history, and Jewish thought. They hike throughout the country, participate in demanding physical training, and volunteer within the local and regional communities — driven by a strong sense of mission and real contribution. Living along Israel's western border adds unparalleled depth to the experience — providing a direct, unfiltered encounter with Israeli reality, one that refines questions of belonging, responsibility, and leadership. Ein Prat believes that its branches serve as seeds of change, and Hadar-Sufa is a pioneering branch — cultivating young men and women of resilience, values, and unwavering commitment to Israel's future.
