Dinner in Support of War Widows & Orphans
By IDF Widows and Orphans Organization
Help us make sure no widow or orphan is left behind
Dear friends & supporters,
It is no secret that the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization is going through the most painful and complex period in its history. Since October 7 and the Iron Swords War that followed, 353 widows and widowers have joined our organization, along with more than 850 children whose fathers did not return home.
Since then, we have been making an unceasing effort to provide the broadest possible support network, to foster growth alongside pain and longing, and to be there for them—not only during the war, but throughout their life journey.
You, who are closely familiar with the organization’s work, know the power of our unique community to uplift and to build a future of resilience and joy for widows and orphans. But in order to continue doing so, we need your help.
On Monday, December 22, 2025, we will hold a tribute evening honoring the widows and orphans of the IDF and Israel’s security forces. For this event—whose purpose is to help the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization continue to serve as a pillar of support and a source of strength for those who gave their most precious gift for the State—we all come together.
In the name of Mr. Yossi Cohen, former Head of the Mossad and President of the Friends of the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization, who will host this moving evening; in the name of the organization’s leadership and in my own name; and most importantly, in the name of the widows and orphans of this painful war—I call upon you to join us.
Together, we will ensure that no orphan is left behind and that no widow is left alone.
