✨ Volunteer Humanitarian Mission to Ethiopia – March 2026 ✨ This coming March, a volunteer humanitarian mission to Ethiopia will depart under the auspices of the HelpApp organization, driven by a deep belief that even in places where reality is complex and challenging, it is possible to create real and meaningful change. This is the “TANAKARA Eitan” Mission, dedicated to the memory of First Lieutenant Eitan Ben Yitzhak, of blessed memory, who fell in combat in Gaza. The mission carries his spirit forward — a spirit of values, responsibility, compassion, and love for humanity — transforming remembrance into living, constructive action. 🧱 📚 Donations will be allocated to the purchase of construction materials for the renovation of a school, as well as essential educational supplies, with the aim of tangibly improving the learning environment and enhancing the quality of life for children in underserved communities. The delegation consists of approximately 40 dedicated volunteers, acting מתוך a sense of mission and a sincere desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. Our goal is to strengthen education, health, and welfare, and to improve children’s living conditions through hands-on, on-the-ground engagement. During the mission, we will operate across several key areas: the renovation and reinforcement of educational infrastructure; the provision of essential learning materials; educational activities with children and pedagogical staff; the promotion of health and proper nutrition; improvements to drinking water infrastructure; women’s empowerment initiatives; sports and community-based activities; and the development of agricultural initiatives such as vegetable gardens — all in close collaboration with the local community and with deep respect for its needs and priorities.
