Thank you for being with us tonight. Israel's youth is in crisis. 7,700 criminal files were opened against minors last year alone. A 30% rise in anxiety. A 30% rise in dropout rates. And in their wake: violence, addiction, and young people who feel they have lost their way. We don't look at these numbers from a distance. We are there — in the neighborhoods, in the schools, in the field — meeting them one by one. For 23 years, we have believed in one simple truth: every young man and every young woman is capable of succeeding. They just need one adult who believes in them — and refuses to give up on them. Every year, we meet close to 850 young people and give them a chance — sometimes their last — to return to the heart of Israeli society. 85% of our graduates leave with a full matriculation certificate. 90% go on to serve in the IDF or national service. These are not statistics. They are faces. They are names. They are lives that were turned around by people who refused to look away.
