Let's send light, joy, and a spring hug to our loved ones

🌿 Passover is approaching while things are still turbulent, and we are all trying to maintain at least some sense of routine. As an organization, we too have chosen to stick to our routine, and this Passover we will once again, on your behalf, embrace individuals coping with mental health challenges who will spend this complex holiday in psychiatric wards in the north and south 💜🧡 *About the project:* Approximately 4,000 men and women in Israel are hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals at any given moment. Many of them are hospitalized for extended periods and lack continuous contact with a supportive environment—if they have one at all. In the north, patients are staying in crowded protected spaces with little to no privacy, and in the south, they frequently have to go down to shelters, even when their condition is difficult. This Passover, we aim to bring joy to hospitalized individuals by sending a warm embrace in your name, in the form of holiday care packages that include essential toiletries and personal care items needed during hospitalization. Our focus will be on patients in wards located in the north and south, who, beyond the challenges of hospitalization, are experiencing the war more intensely and would especially appreciate a comforting reminder that they are not alone 💜🧡 So what’s needed from you to send a comforting package to someone who truly needs it? Simply enter the link below and donate 👇🏻 Your donation will go directly to hospitalized individuals through the Lוshma Association, which was founded and is managed by people with lived experience, for people with lived experience. The cost of each package is 40 NIS. We aim to reach at least 400 packages, and every contribution helps 🙏🏼 The donation process is simple, easy, and secure—via credit card or Bit, right here at the link :)👇🏻
