Raffle - Charity Fair for Children with Down Syndrome

Our center owes its existence to Erez, who was born 47 years ago with Down syndrome. At the time, doctors predicted he stood no chance of developing or leading an independent life. Defying all odds, Erez now holds a job, studies, and lives completely independently. He is living proof that with dedicated, tailored, and personal support, you can truly change a person's life! Inspired by his journey, Erez’s parents, Yechiel and Rina, founded Yated: a warm, after-school center that serves as a second home for children and adults with Down syndrome in Southern Israel. More than just a social peer group, Yated provides vital support and guidance for families, alongside educational programs, enrichment, and essential life skills for our members. We deeply believe that every child deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves through genuine love. Every single member who walks through our doors instantly becomes part of the family, with Yechiel and Rina acting as the proud grandparents of us all. The Annual Raffle – Play, Support, and Win!Every year, we organize special raffle featuring amazing, high-value prizes you can win, including: • Cozy cabin getaways (Zimmers) in Northern and Southern Israel. • Vouchers for luxury restaurants and premium wineries. • Gym studio memberships in Beer Sheva and culinary experiences nationwide! 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales go directly toward funding our center’s vital activities. Yated relies almost entirely on donations and the generosity of people who believe in the light we spread.
