“At The Hannaton Educational Center, we believe that the mechina year is not an endpoint, but the beginning of a lifelong journey.The values, the questions, the sense of purpose, and the commitment to Israeli society do not end with enlistment in the IDF. They continue to take shape, to be tested, and to deepen throughout the years of military service.Over the years, we have remained connected to our alumni and continued to build a vibrant alumni community. At the same time, we have heard a consistent message from our graduates: the years of military service can be some of the most formative and challenging of their lives, yet they are also the years when many feel least connected to the community that helped shape them.This initiative is our response.Through personal guidance, regular check-ins, gatherings throughout the year, and meaningful educational content, we seek to accompany our graduates during their years of military service, ensuring that they continue to feel supported, connected, and part of the Hannaton community. In doing so, we strengthen the bridge between the mechina experience, military service, and the years that follow.Your support allows us to remain a constant presence in the lives of our graduates during one of the most significant chapters of their lives.
