Building a Home. Building the Next High-Tech Generation. 24 years ago, in a small room at Kibbutz Nachshon, a dream was born. Back then, the number of Ethiopian Israelis working in high-tech could be counted on one hand. Talented young people faced significant barriers to entering Israel's leading industry. Tech-Career was founded to change that reality. Over more than two decades, Tech-Career has developed a unique model that combines high-quality technological training, intensive career preparation, housing, and ongoing personal and professional support. Since its establishment, Tech-Career has trained and placed over 1,170 young Ethiopian Israelis in high-tech companies such as AT&T, Amazon, Cognyte, Check Point, and Wix. They have become a source of inspiration for the next generation. 24 years of impact proves that all it takes is an opportunity! Opening Doors to High-Tech. Changing Lives. Two decades later, we are building the Tech-Career Campus. The new campus will enable us to double  the scale of our activities, training 300 young women and men every year. It will provide participants with an advanced learning environment, supportive residential facilities, and a professional community to accompany them on their journey into the high-tech industry. Currently under construction, the 1,300-square-meter campus will feature state-of-the-art computer labs, student housing, and learning spaces accessible around the clock. The campus is expected to open its doors in early 2027.
