Clil Farm was created to be part of the renewal of northern Israel and to support people facing mental health challenges whose struggles have been deepened by the war. The farm is built on a stable, self-sustaining economic model that provides paid employment to people in recovery. We are now asking for donations solely to establish the infrastructure that will support their work for years to come. One small donation can make a big difference! This is a place of work, recovery, and hope. Clil Farm is pioneering a first-of-its-kind model in Israel, combining vocational rehabilitation with productive agriculture. Our goal is to help participants transition into the regular workforce, empowering them to move from receiving support to becoming contributing members of society. This is a program of empowerment, resilience, and renewed dignity — for individuals, the local economy, and the communities of northern Israel that have been deeply affected by the war. Today, we are asking for your help to establish the farm and begin healing the wounds that the war has left across northern Israel and in the hearts of so many people. Your donation will directly support the establishment of the farm, allowing us to open our doors and provide meaningful opportunities to people who need them now more than ever. Why Are We Raising Funds Now?Agriculture is the economic foundation of Clil Farm. The produce grown in our fields will be sold at the farm shop, generating ongoing income to fund operations and pay participants' wages. We have already established similar farms in the past, and this economic model has proven successful. We are building a farm that can stand on its own, grow, and create lasting value — providing fair employment opportunities for people facing mental health challenges without relying on ongoing external support. To open our doors and welcome our first participants, we need to establish the essential infrastructure for their work: a nursery and greenhouse, cooling and packing facilities, agricultural equipment, and a solar power system. This is a one-time investment. Once the farm is up and running, it will sustain itself and provide livelihoods for the people who work there. Out of a time of devastation, we choose to rebuild, grow, and begin again. Join us in healing lives, strengthening communities, and rebuilding northern Israel. The farm is being established with the support of Kaima – Social Agriculture
