Every Child Deserves to Belong

Krembo Wings is Israel’s only fully inclusive youth movement where children and young people with and without disabilities come together bi-weekly to experience true belonging at 85 branches across the country. But today, more than 500 children are currently waiting to join. They’re waiting for a place to make friends, discover what they’re capable of, take on responsibility, and simply feel that they belong. For many families, getting to Krembo each week isn’t easy. The cost of participation can be a barrier, and transportation to and from a branch is often something families cannot afford or manage on their own. We need your help to make sure no child has to keep waiting. The past few years have taken a heavy emotional toll across Israel, and the uncertainty continues. For children and young people with disabilities, who often rely deeply on routine, connection, and community, that uncertainty can be especially difficult. For some, Krembo is the first place where they truly feel seen and heard. They’re not watching from the side. They’re participating, making friends, leading, contributing, and being themselves. And the impact goes beyond the children. When transportation is provided, parents of children with disabilities can have three or four hours to themselves each week - time to rest, work, run errands, and simply breathe. At Krembo, everyone has a role. Everyone has something to contribute. Everyone deserves the chance to belong. More than 500 children are waiting.
