A Message of Renewal at the Maale Gilboa Synagogue

Dear Members and Friends of the Community, Our synagogue is a place of prayer, joy, connection, and holiness. Right now, we have a wonderful opportunity to renew and enhance our sacred sanctuary with a special project: replacing the Aron Kodesh and completing the furnishings in the women's section (Ezrat Nashim). We are blessed with exciting news: A generous donor has opened their heart and contributed a wonderful 100,000 NIS, covering 60% of the total cost of the Ark! In addition, a generous donor from our community has contributed 35,000 NIS, which covers over 50% of the amount needed to complete the women's section furnishings! This is a huge step forward, but to bring this vision to life and reach our goal – we need the entire community to join in. 135,000 NIS have been raised for us recently. Now, the remaining 120,000 NIS depend on us! Every single person matters! This is not a project for individuals alone, but for all of us together. Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to completing the Aron Kodesh and providing comfort to the women worshipping in the Ezrat Nashim. It is the privilege of all of us to leave a mark and be partners in building our community home. • Dedication Opportunities: You can, of course, dedicate contributions in loving memory of loved ones or for a refuah shleimah (healing) and success (for details, please contact the synagogue gabbai). Let’s complete this sacred work together in time for the New Year!
