Empowering Ethiopian Women (R.A.)

Ethiopian Women Empowerment is a nationwide nonprofit organization founded on the belief in the power of women and girls from the Ethiopian community to lead, influence, and drive meaningful change. Since its establishment, the organization has been dedicated to advancing education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal and community resilience through programs, communities, workshops, and professional guidance across Israel.

The organization connects women, creates opportunities for growth and development, and provides practical tools for realizing personal, professional, and social potential. Today, it operates a nationwide network of thousands of women and girls who work together to build a more equitable, resilient, and thriving future for the current generation and those to come.

When one woman dares to dream, an entire community creates change.
