The non-profit organization "Kinoclan (Women with Cameras) – Big Sister" was established in order to promote equal opportunities and encouraging original Israeli creativity in the battle of women in the film and television industry in Israel. The association operates to connect women from all corners of the film and television industry and to create a solid community that will act together based on the sanctification of values of giving, and mutual support.
Ronit Reichman
Ronit is a Producer and an entrepreneur with extensive experience in film and television production. Founder of the digital platform The Showcase. Her films have reached millions of viewers worldwide and won awards at leading festivals. Currently, she is producing a series with the creator Gidi Raff (Homeland). Ronit serves as the CEO of ZUMO (a mobile museum traveling to the periphery of Israel).
Nili Tserruya
Nili is a film, television, and theatre actress, lecturer, creator, producer, and winner of the Israeli Academy Award. Nili is the creator and lead actress of the award-winning web series One Woman, made with various all-female teams. One Woman reached millions of views worldwide and won 13 awards in international festivals.
Elite Zexer
Elite Zexer is an award-winning director. Graduated from the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. Her debut feature film Sand Storm (2016) won an award at the Sundance Film Festival and six Ophir Israeli Academy Awards, including Best Film and Best Director. The film was acquired for distribution by Netflix.
Nurit Yackobs Yinon
Nurit is a film director, producer, treasurer, and activist artist. She is the founder and manager of the production company Aloma Films. Her films include Nazareth Cinema Lady and Covenant: Women, God & All Between. Her solo exhibition, Inside Out, was presented at the Jerusalem Biennale in 2022.
Lisa Shiloach
Lisa is a senior manager and a producer in the Israeli television and film industry. She is the co-founder of Juli-August Productions, where she served as the CEO. Among the contents she produced are the films The Band’s Visit (dir. Kolirin, 2007) and Zero Motivation (dir. Talia Lavie, 2014), drama television shows such as Yellow Peppers, and original formats such as La'uf al HaMillion distributed in dozens of countries worldwide. Lisa also served as the CEO of the Israeli National Broadcast Channel Kan 11 and CEO of the Israel Film Fund.
Dana Stern
Dana is an International producer and distributor. She founded Yes Studios, where she initiated and distributed TV shows of various genres, including Fauda, Shtisel, and On The Spectrum. Variety magazine has chosen her multiple times as one of the 500 leading people in the media industry worldwide. Dana has led numerous co-productions with dozens of countries worldwide.
Dana Blankstein
Dana is a cinema entrepreneur. She is the former chairwoman of the Israeli Cinema Academy. Dana is now serving as the head of the Sam Spiegel Film School, which is hosting, under her leadership, international film incubators and series incubators that cooperate with Netflix and Paramount Studios. Dana is also a member of the European Film Academy and has extensive experience as a juror in festivals and awards in Israel and around the world.
Anat Moses
Anat is the primary producer of the Docaviv International Documentary Film Festival, Anat was formerly the CEO of the Documentary Forum in Israel. Anat specializes in promoting original creation in cinema and television and improving policies and regulations in cultural areas. She graduated from the Pritzker School for Cultural Institutions Management and Middle Eastern Studies at New York University.

Inbal is a producer, screenwriter, and creator with a decade of experience in Israel and the USA. Inbal specializes in projects aspiring to create social change, raising funds for projects and social organizations in Israel. She was selected this year to participate in the Impact Co-Production Workshop.
