A long-standing association founded in 1966 to work for the welfare of homeless cats in the Greater Haifa area. The organization operates on a non-profit basis on a purely volunteer basis and currently focuses on the following areas of activity: regulating the breeding of community cats through spaying and neutering as a humane means of reducing their suffering on the streets, providing veterinary assistance in response to public inquiries in cases of sick or injured cats, promoting awareness of the importance of animal welfare through outreach and education among the general public, and school students in particular
