Empowering Educators: Rebuilding Lives Through Education

The horrendous war that broke out on October 7, 2023, presents Israeli society with unprecedented challenges. Once again, formal and informal educators, who are an integral part of the school and kindergarten communities, find themselves on the frontlines. They bear the responsibility and honor of safeguarding, assisting, and comforting children during these challenging times. This requires a swift, focused and determined action to establish a platform to help Educators now and in the coming months, offering resources and support that can be quickly and flexibly modified to address emergent needs. The Fund for Innovative Education (Registered Amutah) is the most experienced organization dedicated to promoting, supporting, and disseminating educational initiatives in all phases and sectors of education throughout Israel. The Organization is currently spearheading an emergency call for proposals, specifically aimed at educational staff in times of crisis. Educators are the most influential agents of change in the education system. Actions led by these educators will have a positive ripple effect, impacting not only the students themselves but also the entire educational system and the surrounding community.
