Ido was born on 6/25/2001 in Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba and grew up in Herzliya until the age of 4. Later he moved to Hod Hasharon and in the 5th grade he reached Gedera. for mathematics, physics, English and diplomacy. At the high school graduation ceremony, he received a badge of social distinction from the chairman of the council. He was a trainee in the scout movement from 4th to 12th grade, initially in the Eitan tribe in Hod Hasharon and then in the Shahar tribe in Gadara. He was an instructor of young campers, later he became the head of the group of activists in the tribe and in 12th grade he became the instructor of a training course - 9th graders . During his entire stay in Scouts he was active, involved and responsible. In the summer camps he was always responsible for the music at the end of the camp. Ido was a very successful DJ, he did many voluntary parties for various causes, the most famous of which is a Bat Mitzvah party for a girl with financial difficulties.
After graduating from Ido High School, he joined the "Kadima" association for a year of service, which operates youth homes for at-risk youth. In the youth house, Ido guided the 7th grade, which were particularly challenging. As part of the year of service, he went to volunteer with his apprentices at the Sahi Association, a unique charity patrol that distributes food to the needy.
Ido enlisted in the army in December 2020 at the height of the corona virus, and was immediately accepted into the Givat patrol. He went through a course of one year and two months, during which he went to the radar course. After completing the course in January 2022, he was accepted to be a RSP in the March 2022 recruit company and did his job to the best of his ability. His soldiers adored him and they testify that he was a significant leadership figure for them. After 4 months Ido started preparing for the officer but due to a medical issue he had to postpone the officer for a few months. While waiting for the officers' course that was to take place in November, he returned to his team for operational employment in Samaria. 11/10/2022, Commander Sukkot, during an operational activity Ido was killed by a terrorist who shot at him from a passing vehicle.
We are interested in establishing a park in Ido's memory that will be a meeting place for the community.
