Pluralism, Judaism and social activism in Jerusalem..

Pluralism, Judaism and social activism in Jerusalem. This year more than ever Dear friends In this complex and difficult period,  Tene yerusalemi association  continues its activities:  the Jerusalem preparatory program, scholarship program and many other special activities for young people and adults in Jerusalem. We started a fundraising campaign and we need your help. Undoubtedly, this year is marked by the Iron Swords war during which we joined national missions as well as strengthened and supported Tene Yerushalmi circles . We  realized our unity and proved the importance of a dedicated community to our personal, communal and national resilience. As a dynamic association, we began to increase activity while constantly thinking about the needs arising from the field and set ourselves several goals amongst-To continue our national mission to strengthen local communities' resilience, To  keep young people in Jerusalem through scholarship programs and in the student villages,To strive for a liberal and pluralistic Jerusalem through cultural and community activities,This year we opened 3 scholarship programs and 2 student villages - a total of 68 participants. (an increase of over 100% from last year), We continued to operate the " Beit Midrash In Partnership" for soldiers,We established the "Dibur Yerushalmi" forum - in order to promote  dialogue and activism as well as an empowerment program in Jerusalem high schools according to the self-management model of Tene Yrushalmi. We launched a program to strengthen reservists  (Miluim soldiers) who returned to their academic studies in Jerusalem after serving in Gaza. We opened the preparatory year with 80 participants (an increase of 25%) who went through a very significant year of preparation for military service and a life of doing and contributing to the community. We broke records with over 10,000 hours of community action in emergency and routine. Plans for the future: In order to continue and strengthen our activity, we need your support! In the coming year, we will continue to increase our activity and this requires us to make appropriate financial assessments and to raise donations from our partners who understand the great importance of the change we promote: >Continued expansion of the youth programs in Jerusalem - aspire to a hundredPrepare - addTo increase our graduates' activities,Establishing additional programs to strengthen local communities' resilience in Jerusalem,Establishing  Bait Jerusalemi. Your contribution is a big help to continue this work! Thank you from the bottom of my heart: Yael Domb, CEO of Tene Yerushalmi, and the association's staff
