Yeutz Emuni

In in-depth conversations with the heads of institutions in the Bnei Akiva Yeshiva and Ulpana network, the need arose to create a new role in a Torah-educational institution: an "Emunah (Faith) Counselor." Faith itself is beyond any definition. Our primary focus on faith lies in its introduction and its outcomes. Our generation is one of choice, and faith, too, is subject to choice. Consequently, questions arise, and the need for clarification and elucidation of faith emerges. We have been blessed, with G-od's help, with excellent educational teams and dedicated heads of institutions who tirelessly fulfill their roles. They undoubtedly serve as wonderful personal examples. Nevertheless, there is a need for professionalism and specialization in this area of faith, in its pathways, in the obstacles along the way, in the ways faith is expressed in life, and more. Therefore, we have made the decision, led and accompanied by Rabbi Yehoshua Weitzman, Chairman of the Education Network, that each institution will have an Emunah Counselor who will engage in and serve as an address for this specialized field of faith. Your support and partnership in this important endeavor are very important to us. This is a new role that is not yet reflected in the Ministry of Education's budget. Your contribution and partnership will enable us to build this role in the most appropriate way and to include as many educational institutions as possible in strengthening our path of faith. "Whoever is for G-od , come to me!" For questions and further details, please contact us by phone or email: 052-6306627, boaz.c@yba.org.il. Thank you very much!
