"In every generation, heroes have risen to pave the way for us. And when the time comes and we are called upon, we will show up. It's in our DNA." — Captain Eitan Oster, September 2023, on the eve of the Iron Swords War
October 7th: When Heroes Rise
On the morning of October 7th, Eitan was home on a short break from training. The moment the sirens began, he returned to base. Less than an hour later, he was already on his way with a small team of officers toward Kibbutz Nirim.
In one of the houses, after ensuring no terrorists were inside, Eitan opened the shelter door. A family stood before him—shocked, terrified. The mother looked at him and cried out: "Where were you? You left us to die."
Eitan didn't answer her then. But in his diary, he later wrote: "We didn't forget you. I'm here to make it right."
From that day forward, he carried the names of the hostages in his pocket. He saw himself as responsible—not just for fighting, but for remembering, for ensuring that every life mattered.
This Is Our Moment to Reclaim Our Story
After October 7th and the ongoing war, it's clear that national resilience relies not just on military strength, but first and foremost on spirit
This is our generation's defining moment. The challenges we face today require more than military responses—they demand a deep spiritual and educational transformation.
We have a choice: We can allow this crisis to divide and weaken us, or we can use it as the catalyst to build the strongest, most purposeful generation Israel has ever known.
Every crisis in Jewish history has produced leaders who stepped forward.
Today, it's our turn to ensure that spirit continues.
Our Mission: Raising a Generation of "Eitans"
In response to the absence left by Eitan's passing, we understood our responsibility: to raise young people with strong identity, love for their country and people, and national responsibility
We operate immersive seminars, content-based sessions, and year-round follow-ups. Through these processes, participants progress from learning Eitan's story to personal reflection, and finally to a deeper commitment to their own role in the national story.
My story → reflection → commitment → action
Current Programs
High School Initiative: Year-long program in 5 schools, reaching 300 12th-grade students with in-depth seminars, monthly "Eitan Sessions," and educator training.
Community Partnership: Full partnership with the national Community Centers Association, operating in 2 local centers nationwide.
Growth Plan: Expanding to 15 more schools by 2027, significantly growing our impact among teens and educators.
Our VisionTo raise a generation of "Eitans" – people that is rooted in its story, chooses responsibility, and leads with purpose.
Near-Term Goals (2025–2027):
• Operate year-long programs in 15 high schools across Israel.
• Train dozens of educators and youth leaders in identity-driven educational content.
• Partner with 5 community centers to deliver ongoing values-based programming.
• Engage hundreds of teens each year in transformative experiences of identity and national connection.
Long-Term Vision:
To establish a Center for Jewish-Israeli Identity and Educational Content
that will serve as a hub for diverse audiences in Israel and around the world.
The center will develop and distribute curricula, training programs, and educational resources focused on Jewish-Israeli identity and national responsibility.
When individuals engage deeply with their identity and sense of belonging,
we become a stronger, more unified society.
Your support is a partnership in something bigger: It allows us to raise more “Eitans” — and through them, to strengthen the Zionist future we believe in: rooted in national responsibility and love for our people and our land, and powered by a strong "why"
