"Otot" - A door to a new life

Otot Association has been operating for youth and young adults who lack family support and find themselves in situations of risk and crisis. Through a nationwide network of 41 programs – emergency shelters, therapeutic hostels, transitional housing, and learning centers – the association provides not only a safe roof, but also professional therapeutic support, tools for education and employment, and a real opportunity for growth and integration into society. Each year, Otot supports 1,500 young people from all parts of Israeli society – Jews and Arabs, secular, religious, ultra-Orthodox, and LGBTQ+ – giving them the opportunity to change the course of their lives. Our mission: to enable every young person to discover and fulfill their full potential and build an independent, meaningful future. Across Israel, there are young people who wake up each morning not knowing where they will sleep at night, without an adult to guide them, and without the belief that anyone sees them. Your support is the difference between a teenager left alone against the world and a young person who discovers that they have a place, they have value, and they have a future.
