Keren Shemesh – The Shemesh Foundation Founded in July 2005, Keren Shemesh is a leading non-profit dedicated to transforming the lives of Beit Shemesh residents. Led largely by local community members, we are currently advancing FIVE major initiatives to drive the city’s growth: 1. The "Care" Center: Building an innovative hub to provide medical services and social support for the elderly, children with special needs, and families in crisis—all under one roof. 2. Digital Education: Digitizing Haredi educational institutions to ensure every student has access to modern learning tools. 3. Employment: Jointly operating the Municipal Employment Authority to boost local careers. 4. Academic Excellence: Establishing STEM centers in schools and awarding higher education scholarships. 5.
