Yad Sarah

Yad Sarah is a nonprofit organization that has been operating for 45 years to improve the quality of life of people who have functional difficulties. To offer rehabilitative medical equipment on loan without financial burden, to allow people to recover and remain at home instead of in the hospital. Yad Sarah does this thanks to the dedication of some 7,000 volunteers spread out in 120 branches throughout Israel, in the center and in the periphery of the country. The service is provided to every person, everywhere, without beaurocracy, and when necessary home delivery is arranged. Our main services include: lending of medical and rehabilitative equipment, exhibition & guidance centers, a 24-hour emergency hotline, treatment of victims of domestic violence, a fleet of vehicles suitable for transportation of people in wheelchairs, legal aid services for the elderly, a mobile dental clinic, an urgent care center, and a broad spectrum of services and activities for the elderly with the goal of easing the loneliness and
